  • Full crawlspace encapsulation (16 mil)

  • Full perimeter drainage system (140 ft)

  • Sump pump installation

  • Discharge line routed away from home

The issue 

The crawlspace was:

  • Taking on water along the perimeter

  • Holding moisture under the home

  • At risk for mold growth and structural damage

Without correction, this leads to:

  • Foundation deterioration

The solution 

We installed a complete waterproofing and encapsulation system designed to control water at every level.

Our process included:

  • Installing a full perimeter drainage system to capture water at the foundation

  • Routing water into a sump pump system for controlled removal

  • Installing a discharge line to move water safely away from the home

  • Encapsulating the entire crawlspace with a 16 mil vapor barrier

  • Sealing the crawlspace to prevent outside moisture intrusion

     
This creates a fully controlled environment, eliminating both standing water and humidity.
