Trevor has personally worked on thousands of homes, leading crews and ensuring every project is completed with precision and attention to detail.

Why I Started Elite Encapsulation & Waterproofing
After years working in foundation repair and crawlspace systems, I saw the same issue over and over again — shortcuts. Homeowners were investing thousands into work that wasn’t built to last.
But along the way, something else happened — I genuinely fell in love with serving homeowners and making a real difference in their lives. Protecting someone’s home isn’t just a job… it’s something that directly impacts their comfort, health, and long-term investment.
Through years of hands-on experience working on thousands of homes across the Southeast, I became obsessed with one thing: delivering the highest quality home services possible.
I’ve worked my way through every level of this industry — from installer, to leading and training crews, to managing large-scale projects. Over the course of my career, I’ve helped construct and execute projects totaling over $5 million.
