The issue

The solution
We installed a complete waterproofing and encapsulation system designed to control water at every level.
Our process included:
- Installing a full perimeter drainage system to capture water at the foundation
- Routing water into a sump pump system for controlled removal
- Installing a discharge line to move water safely away from the home
- Encapsulating the entire crawlspace with a 16 mil vapor barrier
- Sealing the crawlspace to prevent outside moisture intrusion
This creates a fully controlled environment, eliminating both standing water and humidity.
